  I am so disapointed. I rent storage unit 2658. U go to my unit to get something out and my lock is gone.. Their excuse us because I was up for auction they took it upon their self to take my lock I had on there over 5years. Mind u the bill was paid on the 11th and the auction wasn't until the 20th. And so I didn't pay Oct rent I went to pay It and Nov rent and I have an auction fee on the 17 th this was not in my contract. They kept saying I was 2months behind.andbi kept saying Nov is still here. So I didn't have enough. That 75$ made have to wait to pay my bill. Now I see that they made up their own rules... I will not never recommended this company to no one. And u need to teach ur employees some customer svc... Now on to Facebook to not recommended u guys to know one. Have a good day... Yes I justed blasted u guys in Facebook and taking my stuff out found a cheaper and more friend place
