  Walked in at Avis after being turned down strategically by other car rental place next door, I was very much surprised for the service I received at Avis and the accommodations I was given. Thank you to all the personnel, you guys were awesome! Now, I don’t know if it was a trick or it was true, when I first asked for a rental, I was told that they only had vans left, when they found out that I’m a preferred member, I was given a GMC Arcadia. For whatever it’s worth, it didn’t appear honest but the whole experience was great. Thank you again.
