  I go thru the drive thru a lot, and when I get to my destination to check eat I shouldn't have burnt cheese or croissants. Not cool for business. Polite servers, can't cook.

  First off, NO ONE here knows any damn English and will not understand a word you say aside from the occasional menu item. Came to get a bagel with cream cheese; however the bagel itself was 1.19 and the addition of cream cheese was another whole 1.30!! THATS MORE THAN THE F@#$%G BAGEL! And of course, when I asked the cashier about the price GOUGE, he looked at me, said "plain bagel with cream cheese 2.69" (which wasn't even the correct price as its 2.49), and added it to my order. He then DID NOT UNDERSTAND when I told him I didn't want that and repeated my prior question. He just looked at me with a face of 'I've got no f@#$%ng clue what's going on' and I broke and just got a stupid donut. SOOOOO F@#$%NG INCOMPETENT!
