  Please do not consider moving here. It is infested with every breed of bugs and rodents. There's always flies in the hallways, elevators, and the mail room. They won't allow you to be dropped off inside the complex instead you have to walk from the street. Repairs are often left undone and when they do come to fix anything it takes several months. This place is awful and has been on every news outlet and platform. Mayor Baraka put on a big show about this place but has closed 4 other buildings down before this one. Mind you those buildings weren't as old or worst off than this one. Save yourself the hassle and heartache.
