  Company is incompetent and also blatantly fails to correct the errors arising from their faulty reps and systems - if there were any alternatives, I'd run from this horrible company - disgrace to corporate America.
  It just gets worse; one thing written in policy; another thing they tell you on the phone and then a third thing reality. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE
