  I have parked here several times before but this experience was not good. I arrived at 6:47am, drove toward the front of the lot towards the fencing where there were open spaces. I parked my car and instead of waiting for a shuttle at my car I tried to hurry the process by hiking myself and my luggage towards the front where the trailer resides. On my walking path, I saw a driver getting in a shuttle that was close to where my car was parked. I asked him if he was picking up, he replied he wasn't on the clock yet. So I proceeded to walk towards the front where the trailer is and saw a shuttle that looked like it was waiting for customer pickups, but there wasn't a driver in the shuttle, but it was running. A driver comes out, tells us another shuttle is coming and he can't take us, he apologizes. So now, it is 7am and I have been in this lot for close to 13 mins trying to get a ride to the airport. Finally, another driver comes up and it happens to be the driver I spoke with before. Now, he was on the clock and there was a line of people trying to get on the shuttle. The driver did not help me at all w my bag. I had to carry it on the shuttle myself. Everyone on the shuttle was going to Terminal C so it should have been a quick trip! There was traffic blocking the shuttle from leaving the parking lot. Once we got through that the driver began carrying on, saying over and over how he hates this state and can't wait to leave it. And how he was counting down the days til he can leave this state. Totally unprofessional. As we approached the airport I realized he was not dropping us off at departures, he dropped us off at arrivals! So we had to walk through the airport to get to the ticketing area to check bags. My luggage was the 2nd to last bag to be taken off the parking shuttle, and he still didn't unload it to the curbside. I was the 1st person off the shuttle. The drive told me to go outside and he would bring our bags out. He did not. He handed it to another customer, and that customer put my bag on the curb. I did not tip the driver. I was aggravated and worrying about missing my flight. Lastly, as I was walking through the airport, I realized the driver never gave us cards w our parking row location. I had to text it to myself so I won't forget my parking location after I return home from my flight. I was extremely disappointed with my Jiffy Park experience.
