  Terrible there is literally no worse place to go. They lose paperwork and refuse to reimburse you if that paperwork cost money to have done. A simple 1-2 hours process takes over 5+ hours. More often then not the employees just walk away and leave people waiting endlessly. All three times I've been here the entire office left for lunch break and kept over 50+ people including infants waiting without any information for over an hour.
