  So my washer and dryer was supposed to have been delivered yesterday but something told me to call them myself and double check. So I did and I asked if it was gonna be here today (Thursday) the guy tell me no they have no one to bring it it will come tomorrow, we will throw in a few week for the inconveniences. I was more then happy to wait another day. I wasn't so happy that they didn't think to call me and let me know ahead of time. But I figured maybe they are busy it w.e. so I just called in now and asked them if it will be delivered today just so I'm not home all day waiting for no reason the guy that answers the phone today told me yea it's down for today if we have any changes we will call. I said okay great, the guy yesterday told me I get a free week as well, does that mean I don't pay today? (Since Friday is our set up date to pay) and he gets an additude all of a sudden and says well we are not open yet and I can't check what was discussed! I simply say oh ok..... And hung up, I don't understand if y'all not open why in the world did you pick up the phone then??? Why have an additude when all I'm doing is asking when will my things be coming and if I have to pay today. If you don't like your job, or you can't talk nicely to people do have a job where you have to deal with customers.... I will definitely update to see if my things even do show up today. But definitely not the best customer service!!
