  Super friendly service provided by the staff here. I've just rented a storage unit here for the second time. Last time was about 4 years ago. The process was just as painless this time as it was then. The prices are very reasonable and they explain their policies clearly and concisely. Would definitely use again.

  Hours are 8am-6pm. I've been there several times at 8am on the dot and the front desk lady doesn't get in until 8:45am-9am. When I asked her to confirm the facility's hours, she said they open at 8am. Very unrealiable and unprofessional.
