  So the first day I got my rental car I had to wait because they didn’t have a vehicle for me because I was a “young driver”, fine I understood that. The when I got the car I had to come back the next day because the car had lower tire pressure. Now today I returned the car, they told me I damaged the car and I know it isn’t true because I would have made a police report... and then they go to say but there is no scratches in the bottom or the place they are saying I damaged... then I told this lady I didn’t hit it I know I didn’t she goes “I’m not going back and fourth with you” now listen I have used enterprise in Spain, Puerto Rico and Brasil. I have yet to damage a car especially a car that isn’t mine. And I showed this woman a picture of how it’s actually right and she still refused. Also my bill, someone else took half my bill and they still charged me knowing someone else called them spoke to them and changed the days for my rental so they can pay for it.... this is the worst experience I’ve had with enterprise.
  miss. Danielle Coleman was nothing but helpful, but Melissa I don’t know her whole name was beyond rude.
