  I have lived here for five months. On the first floor and unfortunately I live under a pack of wild animals. Day and night they stomp around above my head, play loud music, drag and drop objects all over the apartment and I have to hear all of it. They're even so nasty that they splash water all over their bathroom and it leaks into my ceiling. Oh and some in that apartment don't have a key to the building and they think it's totally cool to ring my bell at any hour for me to buzz them in. If not they just try and leave the door open to any tom, dick, or harry walking by. Disgusting.
  Complaints have been made to the office and nothing. The rent is too high to have to live like this and I wonder how these uncivilized monkeys above me can even afford it. Oh and the sizes of the mailboxes suck just so yup know. If you think of moving here move in upstairs. Don't take the chance like I did and end up with jungle monkeys living over you.
