  Traffic in the morning can get really hectic, and you'll be ten minutes later if you miss your turn since a lot of streets are one-way, but once you park in the assigned lot and get inside, it's so much better .There's free coffee while you wait, they validate your parking, there are large waiting areas, lockers, and vending machines.
  There is an employee here named Derek Scott who makes everything easier. He explains everything you could ever want to know in a clear and upbeat way .He cracks jokes and makes you feel at ease. He is definitely a gem of a person and I'm so glad he was here today!
