  A Board of Pharmacy is supposed to exemplify professionalism, integrity and good work ethic. The NJ Board of Pharmacy is a sad excuse for an office in charge of licensure. Other then having incredibly slow work pace, they do not look at any information sent to them or applications in progress until you personally contact them to do so. After graduating pharmacy school and passing the NAPLEX, it took an extra 4 months to get "approved" for the NJ MPJE alone. This means they stood in my way of earning a salary I worked 6 years to achieve. I am not the only one with horror stories with this office; almost every single person trying to get licensed in this state experiences the same delays. I also got my license in Colorado, witnessing how a professional board handles their paperwork; they were incredibly helpful and on top of documents sent to them as it is THEIR JOB to do so. I can not understand what these people do "at work" all day if my paperwork hasn't been reviewed for the past 4 months that I've sent it in. I shouldn't have to call to make this progress quicker.

  Only because its not possible to give 0 stars. The operators are rude and offer conflicting information. In addition, the board's response time is disgustingly slow. I have been trying to have hours certified to a different state for 4 months. It's still not done.
