  I've been to Rio for a birthday on Saturday night and happy hour on a weekday. They have good happy hour prices on drinks, food and hookah however, you need to get there early to get a table or seat at the bar otherwise you will be standing and waiting. If you like a younger crowd then you will like Rio Lounge. I personally would not frequently visit this lounge.

  Great place, awesome hookah, nice staff.
  Only complaint: when my friends and I left, they ran after me saying that I didn't pay.
  
  Made me out to be some kind of thief.. but luckily they understood when I argued. Otherwise, a very good day. Strong drinks, $25 hookah
