  I picked up my car here and front desk lady was very fast with my transaction while I had a nagging baby. She mentioned pre auth charge and when I asked her several times what the amount was , she would say " I will tell you later " and never told me. I declined the insurance option since I was insured through my credit card and declined pre auth for gas full tank. I had to walk to get my car with a stroller and car seat and 15 mth baby. No accommodation or courtesy to drive car to me. Several days later I filled up tank since that's what I'm used to when using a car rental however I noticed on my thrifty receipt that the front desk lady still included the pre auth charge for full gas tank. I was very upset and tried calling over the phone to report but no one was able to assist me. I was told nothing could be done. So essentially thrifty made money off of me since gas tank was already filled. I explain my frustration but still no assistance provided. Very upset with this outcome but also decided I will noongee do business with thrifty . STAY AWAY from this car rental.
